  • The practice accepts most major insurance policies and offers a self-pay option for all services including mediation counseling, trauma-informed care, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral The, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and health/wellness counseling. The practice is thrilled to offer a multitude of focused, individual, and family counseling services.
